Education
Our team has successfully completed more than 80 school projects (many that were occupied during construction) with a total electrical value of over $130 million. Sare’s expertise with K-12 systems means we provide the best value as materials and building systems are selected, including medium voltage wiring, power distribution, lighting design, lighting controls, solar, infrastructure cabling, intercom/clock, CCTV, access control, security, lock down, DAS, classroom AV, and energy management. We remain committed to the success of these schools beyond close out, and many districts continue to hire us for small projects.
Commercial
Our team is made up of the Puget Sound area’s most experienced electricians, and together, we have developed a real partnership approach to solving the electrical constructability challenges that arise as buildings become more and more sophisticated. We leverage this deep experience when it comes to managing the budget, subcontractor and vendor outreach, project safety and accident prevention, and utilizing innovative building practices. We are constantly looking to improve and are proud of our use of smart VDC/BIM resources, creative value engineering ideas, and proactive planning and project management.
New Construction
Sare Electric typically self-performs all of the Division 26 work, including the necessary trenching and excavation needed to facilitate the scope of work. We have strong field resources to self-perform Division 26 work and specific components of Division 27 and Division 28 work.

We have strong relationships with many highly qualified specialty system contractors that provide competitive pricing and excellent service. Our experience soliciting bids ensures a strong level of participation and competition, ensuring that Sare is providing the best value to the client throughout the project. During construction we use daily huddles and weekly meetings to communicate with subcontractors and ensure project targets are being met.

Remodel & Modernization
We know how to work diligently on occupied campuses and facilities to keep students, parents, occupants, and clients safe while learning and working in proximity to an active construction site. We leverage our established relationships with contracting partners to manage the jobsite, prioritize safety, and deliver a high level of service well within budget on both remodels and modernization projects.
Generators
The specialty systems for diesel and propane generators require complex integration in order to properly accomplish the objectives of each unique project. Sare Electric has the expertise to help design and develop the full array of all specialty systems, including all necessary integration, while remaining flexible and creative within ever-changing requirements.
Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance is the key to keeping a facility up and running, especially when it matters most. We offer thermal imaging, megger testing, and visual inspections. All our preventative maintenance services are designed to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
