Replacement of existing Star Lake Elementary and Middle Schools with new facilities totaling 156,000 square feet on the existing site. Sare is working in collaboration with the project team on planning, design and development of work from preconstruction through construction while providing assessments of the existing buildings and systems, recommending phasing and sequencing schedules, cost-estimating, and the identification of value engineering systems for life cycle cost design.
