Sare was the electrical contractor for this new, LEED Silver modernization and renovation to multiple campus buildings. The project consisted of 22,280 square feet of renovations to existing area and construction of 3,632 square feet of new additions to existing Building A. The project also included construction of a new 25,095-square-foot, three-level, steel frame, administrative office building as new Building C and construction of a new 9,137-square-foot, single-story, non-combustible, prefabricated metal vehicle storage building as new Building D. Building E comprised of a new 12,048-square-foot, single-story, wood frame, Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Site work involved on-site utilities, electric gating, generators, site lighting and radio tower.
