Sare was the design-build electrical contractor for this new, LEED Silver, 17-acre campus. The project consisted of a 31,721-square-foot, two-story administrative building; 16-bay, 53,979-square-foot heavy maintenance and operations building; and 10,418 square foot storage building. Site work involved on-site utilities, electric gating, generators, site lighting, street lighting, fueling island and radio tower.
