The new, LEED Silver Sound Transit maintenance facility comprised of new construction and site development of a 30,700-square-foot, two-story combination office and maintenance complex that included a 5,175-square-foot storage building with washdown area. Sare’s scope of work included site lighting, underground feeders, distribution, lighting, and connections to specialty shop equipment as well as complete infrastructure and components for power, lighting, life safety, data, access control and site development.
