Fords Prairie Elementary School and Jefferson Lincoln Elementary School will replace the existing elementary with two, new 58,500 square foot buildings with capacity for 525 students. Sare was selected as EC/CM early in the project cycle, partnering with FORMA Construction to provide high quality preconstruction services and collaboration with design consultants. Sare worked with the project team to establish overall project goals, detailed project scope, high performance building goals, delivery schedule and final budget. Sare self-performed Division 26.
