The Elk Ridge Elementary School project consisted of a new 42,000 square foot classroom addition and a 40,000 square foot renovation of the existing school, including site and utility work. The Elk Ridge project was completed in two phases, with campus facilities, offices and classrooms remaining operational during phase one of construction. The second phase included building modernization and a new entry plaza. Sare self-performed Division 26.
