The modernization of this 142,000-square-foot school will bring the legacy 1968 building up to current codes/ standards and will provide state-of-the-art learning facilities for years to come. The school, with occupancy of 1,042 students in grades 9-12, will remain occupied and operational throughout the construction process. Lean construction practices include the use of BIM, prefabrication, pull planning, and direct observations. Sare’s scope of work includes Divisions 26, 27, and 28.
